Go Airlines (India) Pvt. Ltd, the aviation foray owned by the Wadia Group has announced the expansion of their fleet size by adding up 9th brand new Airbus A320. Go Air is the cheapest airfares providing airlines with its company based in Mumbai, India. Go Air is the major owners of Bombay Dyeing and Britannia Industries. Thus how commenting on this, The CEO of Go Air, Kaushik Khona said “The 9th aircraft strikes at the high note for our winter travel source as the company would operate 890 commercial flights per week especially under the new winter schedule.
Again he said they are planning to add another Airbus A320 for their 10th Airbus and would also introduce 4 new routes for their aircrafts addressing to the growing air traffic in increasing air travel. Go Air is consecutively increasing the overall frequency within its network by increasing commercial flight operations from 730 flights to 890 commercial flights per week.
Go Air Airlines flies its fleet operation with 8 new Airbus A320 with a space of 180 seats which flies 730 flights on weekly basis to 15 destinations. With the expansion plan GoAir is intended to announce more aircrafts and routes in coming months. GoAir has also recorded a 0.57 per cent average in cancellations that was substantially lower than the industry average of 2.37 per cent during June 2009 and May 2010. Go Air provides cheapest flights in India and the destination includes Delhi, Mumbai, Bengalore, Goa, Cochin, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Jammu, Srinagar, Chandigarh, Bagdogra, Jaipur, Nanded, Nagpur and Indore.
